Weld-Crete Concrete Bonding Agent

A ready to use, water based emulsion formulated as a heavy-duty bonding agent for exterior and interior use to bond new concrete, Portland cement terrazzo and plaster directly to structurally sound surfaces.

Application

Apply using brush, roller, or sprayer to form a continuous blue film over the entire surface. Allow to dry for 1 hour. Weld-Crete can be "painted on" in a single application 1 to 10 days prior to concrete placement
