MasterEmaco OneMix is the industry’s first-of-its-kind to use one universal bag of base material and enhanced Power Paks to create concrete repair materials for multiple project types. Use base material alone or enhance the product characteristics with a Power Pak, giving you greater versatility, efficiency, and ease of use.

MasterEmaco OneMix is a multi-purpose repair mortar. It can be used for vertical, overhead and horizontal repairs when mixed with water. The Power Pak System enhances the performance characteristics of this material.

Self Consolidation Power Pak - Creates a form and pour solution with excellent flow for larger repair applications

Corrosion Protection Power Pak - Provides protection and reduces corrosion potential of embedded reinforcement

Fiber Reinforcing Power Pak - Allows for deeper application of hand-applied repairs, reduces shrinkage cracking and  improves non-sag properties for vertical and overhead applications.

Accelerator Power Pak - Speeds set and early-age strength in cooler temperatures, significantly reducing project turnaround time

Polymer Modifier Power Pak - Increases adhesion and compressive strength, creating a denser material to resist impacts of
chlorides and carbonation

Retarder Power Pak - Provides additional working time in warmer environments
