Product Description
SikaGrout 885 MF (formerly MasterFlow 885) is a premium metallic-aggregate, non-shrink cementitious grout designed for heavy-duty grouting applications where maximum bearing, durability, and precise load transfer are required. Its well-graded metallic and quartz aggregate blend yields a high-strength, impact-resistant grout that withstands dynamic loads and thermal movement, making it ideal for machinery bases, structural steel, and baseplates.
This grout offers extended 30-minute working time, high fluidity for self-consolidation or pumping, low dust formulation for safer job-site conditions, and dependable performance in aggressive environments. SikaGrout 885 MF hardens free of bleeding, segregation, or settlement shrinkage — ensuring optimal bearing contact and long-term structural stability.
Benefits
- Metallic-aggregate, non-shrink grout engineered for precision load-bearing applications
- Extended working time, high fluidity, and pumpability for ease of placement and consolidation
- High compressive strength and impact resistance for heavy machinery, dynamic loads, and structural support
- Resists sulfate attack, freeze/thaw cycles, wetting/drying cycles — suitable for industrial, wastewater, marine, and outdoor environments
- Low-dust formulation for safer, cleaner working conditions
- Meets ASTM C1107 and CRD C621 (Grades B & C) standards for non-shrink grouts
Applications
- Grouting baseplates, equipment and machine bases — compressors, turbines, generators, pumps, conveyors, crushers, etc.
- Structural grouting under beams, structural steel, columns, precast elements, and base plates
- Grouting anchor bolts, dowels, rebar embedments, and reinforcement plates
- Industrial, wastewater, marine, or chemical-exposed environments requiring high durability and chemical resistance
- Interior or exterior, above- or below-grade structural and equipment grouting projects
