Sikalastic HLM 5000 GC – Cold-Applied Elastomeric Waterproofing Membrane (Formerly MasterSeal HLM 5000 )

Sikalastic HLM 5000 GC is a one-component, cold-applied, moisture-curing bitumen-modified polyurethane waterproofing membrane designed for a wide range of below-grade, between-slab, and exterior waterproofing applications. Its elastomeric formulation creates a continuous, seamless membrane that conforms to complex details and is suitable even on damp or “green” concrete.

This membrane accommodates structural expansion and contraction, adheres well to concrete, masonry, and plywood (where appropriate), and resists water, salts, and many common chemicals — making it ideal for foundations, basement walls, plazas, parking garages, planters, tunnels, split-slab systems, and other demanding waterproofing projects. Sikalastic HLM 5000 GC does not require hot-melt equipment, and its cold-applied nature simplifies installation and reduces jobsite complexity.
