Sikalastic M-200 – One-Component Polyurethane Base Coat / Waterproofing Membrane (Replaces MasterSeal M-200 Base Coat)

Sikalastic M-200 (formerly MasterSeal M-200) is a one-component, moisture-curing polyurethane base membrane designed for waterproofing concrete slabs and decks prior to application of traffic, deck or top-coat systems. When applied properly, it forms a seamless, flexible, resilient waterproof barrier that protects the concrete substrate and bridges cracks up to 1/16" (1.5 mm).

The membrane is ideal for exterior and interior applications including plazas, parking decks (pedestrian/light traffic), balconies, terraces, rooftops, and other slab or deck structures where waterproofing and durability are required. It can be used alone when waterproofing is needed, or as the base layer beneath higher-wear top-coats or traffic coatings for long-term performance.
