Sikalastic TC 225 HT (formerly MasterSeal TC-225) is a one-component aliphatic polyurethane waterproof / traffic top coat designed for use in Sikalastic Traffic 1500 deck coating systems. Its moisture-curing, UV-resistant chemistry delivers a durable, seamless, waterproof membrane suitable for decks, balconies, parking garages, plaza decks, and commercial roof-deck environments.

Available in standard colors like grey, charcoal, tan, and dark tan — or as a “Tint Base” compatible with color packs — TC 225 HT enables customized aesthetics without compromising performance. The coating bonds directly to prepared waterproofing base layers and provides a resilient, weather-resistant surface suitable for pedestrian and light traffic conditions.
