Siloxane PD (Pre-diulted) Water Repellent

A ready-to-use, water-based silane/siloxane water repellent. Designed for use on concrete and masonry surfaces, it penetrates deeply, has low odor and is alkaline stable. Siloxane PD will not impair the natural breathing characteristics of treated surfaces. It helps masonry resist cracking, spalling, staining and other damage related to water intrusion.

Limitations:

• Will not keep water out of cracks, defects or open joints.
• Not recommended for below-grade application.
• Not suitable for application to synthetic resin paints, gypsum, or other non masonry surfaces.
