Smooths flooring substrates permanently prior to the installation of today’s demanding floor coverings such as sheet vinyl and VCT. Mixes with water only and spreads easily. Engineered around a self-drying Portland cement matrix, all of the mix water is chemically combined, no primer required. Advantages: Install finish flooring in 15-20 minutes, minimal waste, can be installed from featheredge up to 1/2". Limitations: For interior use only, water soluble adhesive residue must be removed.
