RAM Construction Services Tackles Exterior Winter Restoration with Hydronic Heat.

For Michael Smith of RAM Construction Services success means staying one step ahead.
Long before the publishing of a recent article in the Cleveland Plain Dealer that featured RAM Michael met with us to discuss hydronic heat.
Michael was in the middle of preparations for several time-sensitive projects in downtown Cleveland.
This meant he had two primary concerns: 1) temporary scaffolding enclosures and 2) temporary heat. The latter was critical not only for keeping workers warm but also for preventing freeze damage to installed material.
After a presentation and a few brief conversations, Michael was convinced. He then made a presentation on hydronic heat to the owners of the projects. His ammunition? A system which both saves fuel and keeps combustion outside the work area, both saving money and keeping workers healthy. Furthermore, because the system uses small exchangers instead of bulky "torpedo" units, it takes up less of the already-cramped real estate of scaffolding. Yes, it was a risk to use a system they hadn't used before, but Michael was ready to take that risk if it could make things better on the job site. He and the projects' teams decided to go for it.
Why not use a system that takes away some of the difficulty and gives you the peace of mind knowing you are doing it safely?
Thank you to Michael and RAM Construction for taking a chance and including us in your work this winter.
