Are your salespeople on commission?

Our salespeople are not on commission. Feel free to reach out to any of our sales reps at any time.

What is your return policy?

Contact us to arrange a return through Phipps. We do not cover the cost of return shipping unless product is defective, etc.

Do you offer shipping on your products?

Yes. Proceed through checkout with the products that you have in your cart. Freight rates will be based on shipping address. If you see an unable to ship message or the freight prices seem abnormally high, contact us directly.

Is equipment available for rental out of state?

Yes.

How quick will my order ship?

Orders placed before 11:00 am E.S.T. will typically ship the same day. You will receive a shipment notification

Do you offer payment terms?

Yes. We have credit applications that offer NET 30 billing terms. Contact ar@phipps.com for more information regarding terms.

Do you offer discounted or special pricing?

Yes. When purchasing a product online, use the request bulk pricing button to request a quote on multiple products.

Can I pay with a PO?

Yes you can. Set up a credit account in order to pay with a PO.
