Product Description
Sika Thorocoat 400 (formerly MasterProtect HB 400) is a water-based, high-build, 100% acrylic waterproof coating designed for above-grade concrete, masonry, stucco, EIFS and cement-plaster surfaces. It provides a durable, weather-resistant finish that helps prevent water penetration while allowing the substrate to breathe.
Ideal for both new construction and renovation projects, Thorocoat 400 combines waterproofing, protection, and cosmetic enhancement — making it suitable for exterior and interior vertical and overhead surfaces.
