Product Description

SikaEmaco 1060 (formerly MasterEmaco T 1060) is a one-component, shrinkage-compensated, very rapid-setting cement-based mortar developed for horizontal concrete repairs requiring high early strength and fast turnaround. It delivers durable, long-lasting repairs and restores structural integrity with minimal downtime.

The mortar is ideal for structural concrete repair in industrial floors, bridge decks, loading areas, sidewalks, and other horizontal surfaces — both interior and exterior. Its rapid set allows return to vehicular traffic in as little as one hour and coatings or toppings in as little as four hours, reducing downtime on jobsites.

Benefits

  • Very rapid setting for fast project completion and early load return
  • Shrinkage-compensated formulation minimizes cracking and bond-line stress
  • Extra-low permeability reduces chloride intrusion — enhances durability in harsh environments
  • One-component mortar — just add water, no additional aggregate required (but can be extended for yield)
  • Suitable for full-depth structural repairs as well as partial-depth patching
  • Interior and exterior use, with freeze/thaw and weather resistance for outdoor applications

Applications

  • Industrial and commercial concrete floors, slabs, and decks
  • Bridge decks, loading docks, warehouse floors, sidewalks — horizontal traffic surfaces
  • Full-depth or partial-depth structural repairs
  • Interior or exterior, above- or below-grade concrete repairs
  • Repairs requiring minimal downtime and rapid return to service
