SikaEmaco 425 Gel Patch (formerly MasterEmaco N 425) is a trowel-grade, lightweight, polymer-modified, silica-fume-enhanced concrete repair mortar designed specifically for vertical and overhead concrete patching and structural repair. With a non-sag consistency, it can be placed in lifts up to 2″ (51 mm) thick — ideal for spalls, deteriorated edges, voids, and overhead repair work.

The mortar includes an integral corrosion inhibitor and offers very low chloride permeability, helping protect embedded reinforcing steel. Its low-shrinkage, high-adhesion formulation ensures stable, durable bonds while remaining workable for sculpting, shaving, and finishing to match surrounding substrate textures.
