Sikagard 400 Enviroseal – Water-Based Silane Penetrating Sealer (5 Gallon Pail) (Formerly MasterProtect H 400)

Sikagard 400 Enviroseal (formerly MasterProtect H 400) is a water-based, 40% alkylalkoxysilane penetrating sealer designed to provide durable protection for concrete, masonry, and architectural surfaces. It penetrates deeply to repel moisture, protect against chloride intrusion and freeze/thaw cycles while remaining breathable so interior moisture can escape without damaging the sealer.

This single-component sealer cures to a clear, invisible barrier and does not alter the appearance of the surface. It is suitable for both horizontal and vertical installations, and is ideal for traffic-bearing surfaces or architectural concrete where preservation of appearance and long-term durability are required.
