What is the HiPERFLOOR System?

HiPERFLOOR by Husqvarna is a complete concrete surface polishing system, which enhances the beauty, strength and abrasion resistance of concrete floors while reducing maintenance and costs.

This system can radically transform new or old concrete flooring. By mechanically refining the already hard concrete surface through grinding, polishing and chemical treatments, we can bring virtually any surface to a new level of appearance, functionality, and strength. With different specified processes, a flooring solution can be tailored to fit any requirement - aesthetics, floor flatness, gloss and price.

Husqvarna DC6000 Vac

DC 6000 is developed with unique double shell cyclone technology and automatic filter cleaning. The cyclone technology enables constant high air flow and high productivity, leaving less dust on floor and thereby saves the user time with cleaning.

Husqvarna Elite-Grind G1400 Series Diamond Segments

The G1400 series offers the excellent removal rates and durability, providing maximum profitability and performance with all types of applications. It also covers surface preparation applications.

Orange - Hard concrete, Semi-polished concrete

Red - Soft concrete, Porous ceramic glues

Pink - Medium concrete, Plastic-like ceramic glues, Vinyl glues, Paint and thin epoxy, Thick epoxy

Husqvarna Hiperflex 10" Polishing Pads

Compared to other polishing pads, this series results in higher gloss and clarity levels, achieved in only 1 pass. This allows you to save time and tooling, resulting in a lower cost/sqft as well as a higher gloss level.

Husqvarna Hiperhard

Hiperhard is an additional treatment product in the HiPERFLOOR process. It is a silicate applied to the concrete surface, to react with the calcium hydroxide that already exists in the concrete.
