SikaEmaco 440 (formerly S 440 MC) is a one-component, low-dust, self-consolidating structural repair mortar designed for large-volume repairs of concrete elements. It is pourable or pumpable, and thanks to its dual-expansion, shrinkage-compensated chemistry, it ensures durable, void-free repairs without the need for mechanical vibration.

This mortar is ideal for structural repair or replacement of concrete components, whether in slabs, beams, walls, or other formed elements. Its flowable consistency allows placement even into congested areas or complex formwork. SikaEmaco 440 can be used for interior or exterior repairs, and is suited for horizontal, vertical, or overhead applications. For thinner overlays or shallow repairs, the MC version provides better placement flexibility.
